HG Fabian is vendor-neutral: we don't resell hardware or platforms, so the advice is about the client, not a quota. We meet infrastructure as it really is — mixed, partly home-grown, sometimes past end-of-life — and find what's genuinely worth doing. Work is incremental, reversible, and free of vendor lock-in: clients keep the code, the configs and the knowledge. Solutions run on-prem or in the cloud, and can use self-hosted AI models when the data is sensitive. A human always stays in control — changes are reviewed before anything is applied.

## What we do
- **Assess** — Find where AI and automation actually pay off, where they don't, and what to do first. Deliverable: a prioritised roadmap, not a hype deck.
- **Build** — AI assistants that answer plain-English questions about the infrastructure; AI-assisted config and change that catches mistakes before they ship; automation that turns alerts into action, wired into existing monitoring and ticketing/ITSM; documentation and config that keep themselves current.
- **Enable** — Train the client's team to run and extend it, or run it for them as a managed service. Reversible either way.

## How we work
A low-risk path: a short call, then one focused piece that proves value fast with no big commitment, then scale only what works. Ground rules: honest (we'll say when AI isn't the answer), incremental, no lock-in, on the client's terms.
